  • Are these really the same steaks sold in the restaurant?

Yes! Each of the steaks is cut from the same strips and tenderloins that we use in our restaurant every day. Our customers love them and we hope you will too!

  • What is the difference between USDA Prime and USDA Choice?

USDA Prime represents the upper 2-3% of all domestic cattle. USDA assigns the quality at the time of slaughter by the degree of marbling on the ribeye. Prime has more marbling, which in turn increases the flavor and tenderness characteristics. The steaks we have avaiable are USDA Choice, which is the next level of superior meat grading.

  • Where do your steaks come from?

Each of our steaks come from Mid-West raised beef. We buy locally every time!

  • Which steak is best?

We think all of our steaks are the best! Each steak has it's own characteristics that appeal to different steak lovers. The Ribeye is a house favorite, but the All-Natural NY Strip is the favorite of our General Manager. Perhaps the best way to find your favorite is to try them all!

  • When will my order arrive? 

Due to the nature of the product being shipped and to avoid shipments being delayed over the weekend, we are only able to ship orders out on Mondays and Wednesdays.  Please reference the following shipping guide:
